Hobby City is made up of about 20 speciality art and craft shops. The Doll & Toy Museum, inside a half-scale replica of the White House, has every type of Barbie doll ever made. After you've taken that in, there are dolls of TV, movie, sports and rock stars, as well as American presidents (some of whom sneak over and party with the barbies at night).
